Join our Sports Empowerment Program and support youth development through football, netball, athletics, and fitness activities in local Tanzanian communities. This program focuses on building teamwork, discipline, confidence, and healthy lifestyles. Whether you’re an athlete, coach, or sports lover, your passion becomes a tool for change.
You will work with schools, community centers, and youth clubs—helping children improve their skills, stay active, and gain positive role models. No professional experience is required; just enthusiasm and the willingness to help.
Arrive at Kilimanjaro Airport and meet your Mauly Tours representative. Transfer to your volunteer lodge, relax, enjoy dinner, and prepare for your first day.
Receive a full briefing on safety, community expectations, and coaching plans. In the afternoon, a short local tour helps you understand the culture and environment.
Engage with children during morning or afternoon sports sessions. Lead warm-ups, skill-building drills, games, and confidence-building exercises.
Help organize a mini-tournament or sports fun day. Support teams, encourage participation, and celebrate every child’s effort.
Choose between relaxing, joining a Maasai cultural visit, exploring Arusha markets, or taking an optional day trip.
Say goodbye to the children and community. Transfer to the airport for your departure or continue your Tanzania adventure.
