From the initial contact via the info address to the presentation of the certificate for the successful ascent, every step was excellently organized. Enquiries were often answered in less than an hour. We were picked up at the airport and the 8-day Lemosho tour was conducted by a friendly team with great attention to detail. Not only did we successfully reach the summit without suffering from altitude sickness, we also made friends – and that counts for even more. We are thoroughly impressed by the professionalism and empathy of Mauly Tours!Posted on Tripadvisor Daiva VVerified Unforgetable moments of safari in Tanzania. Highly recommended Eunice was an excellent contact for us. She always responded promptly, was extremely helpful, and very hospitable. We had many questions during our planning, and she handled everything professionally and kindly. Highly recommended. Aaron - our driver was professional and tried to do the best experience for us. A lot of pictures and amazing moments of safari to remember. Posted on Tripadvisor Alice WVerified A life changing safari experience with the most exceptional team My experience with Mauly Tours was extraordinary from the very first message to the moment the journey transitioned into a memory. This is not just a tour company. It is a family operated team that pours heart, intention and genuine care into every part of the process. I have traveled extensively and have worked in corporate travel logistics for years and I can confidently say the level of service Mauly Tours provides is rare and exceptional. Samira was the first point of contact and immediately set the tone. She handled every detail with professionalism, warmth and patience. There were several changes in plans, shifting timelines and last minute requests and she navigated everything effortlessly while making me feel supported and never rushed. Her communication was outstanding. Clear, thoughtful and always personal. Meeting her in person elevated what was already a seamless experience. Sharing lunch wasn’t just a scheduled moment. It felt like time with someone I had known long before the trip existed on paper. A heartfelt appreciation also to Mozzah. His involvement behind the scenes ensured smooth coordination at every stage. The itinerary was structured yet never restrictive, polished yet personal which is a difficult balance to achieve. You could feel the planning, but also the flexibility and intuition behind it. And then there is Aron. Aron is exceptional. His knowledge of wildlife behavior, the ecosystem and Tarangire National Park was remarkable, but it was his intuition, patience and presence that set him apart. He spotted wildlife before anyone else realized what was ahead and positioned us perfectly every time. His calm driving, grounded nature, and respectful approach made the experience feel effortless and deeply meaningful. For any traveler, especially solo female travelers, safety and comfort matter. Aron created an environment where I felt both without needing to ask. His awareness, kindness and professionalism made the journey feel personal and protected. He would be an ideal guide for anyone from first time visitors to senior executives because he has the rare blend of confidence, humility and genuine passion. He also went above and beyond by capturing photos and videos during meaningful moments which enriched the experience in ways that became even more special later. Every part of the trip was incredibly well executed from airport transfers and timing to accommodation selection and even securing a last minute hot air balloon experience that was unforgettable. Every detail felt intentional rather than transactional. Mauly Tours does not simply organize safaris. They create experiences anchored in care, connection and authenticity. You feel seen, not processed. You feel guided, not handled. It is hospitality with a heartbeat. I will absolutely be returning and recommending them to both my personal network and through corporate channels. This experience will stay with me for a very long time… and this isn’t a goodbye. It’s simply a pause until the next chapter in Tanzania.Posted on Tripadvisor ChrisVerified A dream has become reality Climbing Kilimanjaro was a lifelong dream, and Mauly Tours made it a reality. From the moment we arrived at the airport until the moment we left, everything was perfectly taken care of. A huge thank you to Aubrey and Mathi for their incredible guidance and support in every aspect we could think of. James, thank you for the absolutely delicious food that kept us energized every single day. And Elia, we’re grateful for your constant care and for making sure we always had everything we needed. Of course, none of this would have been possible without the amazing porters—their strength, dedication, and positive spirit carried us all the way to the summit and back. With Mauly Tours, you “just” have to walk, eat, and stay positive. Pole pole—hakuna matata.Posted on Tripadvisor LessparlingVerified Fantastic Safari Experience with best driver guide in Tanzania Our safari experience was absolutely fantastic, mainly thanks to our exceptional driver and guide, Lyimo. Lyimo was an absolute professional and it was clear from the outset that he wanted to ensure we had the best experience possible during our 3 day safari. He had an excellent knowledge of all 3 Safari parks that we visited, and seemed to intuitively know exactly where we needed to be to see everything we wanted to, including lions, elephants, hippos, and even a rare leopard sighting, as well as so much more. Lyimo navigated challenging roads with skill and confidence, keeping in touch with fellow guides to ensure no opportunities were missed. He was full of information relating to each animal, bird, plant, etc, that we saw, and he willingly answered any questions with patience and knowledge. Professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable, our safari wouldn’t have been the same without Lyimo. I highly recommend him as a driver and guide to anyone looking to turn a safari into the adventure of a lifetime! Les and Pauline Sparling, IRELAND.Posted on Tripadvisor Carla FVerified It was their incredible team that made us reach the summit of Kilimanjaro! Summiting Kilimanjaro is probably one of the most amazing things we have ever done and it wouldn’t have been possible without Mauly. Our guides Aubray and Juma, our waiter Pamfili, our chef James and all the amazing porters really made it happen with us together. Not only did they support us all the way to the summit but were also so so lovely and open to chatting about life and the mountain, it really felt like we made friends for a lifetime we hope to visit again one day. It was hard, but honestly with the pole pole pace even me and my dad (who are not very hardcore extreme hikers) made it to the top so I can genuinely just recommend this to anyone. The scenery is just incredible and the feeling you have when you are standing at the summit above the clouds while the sun is rising is indescribable, you had to be there! It will be one of your most amazing experiences ever!Posted on Tripadvisor Adam MVerified Serengeti Safari for Family of 5 Amazing experience. Kareem was an amazing guide with informative information and always made sure we got the best spots for viewing of wildlife. He had incredible eyes for spotting wildlife we would never see and then explaining everything to us. Accomodation was top class. Was truly surprised to get such luxury in the outback Although we travelled with 3 kids, with all the service and facilities it made it so much easier than expected
