Itinerary

Day 1: Arusha National Park

Pick up at the Airport Arrival into Kilimanjaro international airport, meet and greet by our representative. Transfer to your hotel in Arusha.

Day 2: Tarangire National Park

Your adventure begins with a morning pick up from your hotel in Arusha or Moshi at 07.30am. After a short briefing, you will jump into your safari car and head to Tarangire National Park.

This vast park gets its name from the Tarangire river that winds its way through the parklands, attracting many diverse animals to its waters, giving you a chance to spot elephants, giraffe, lions, antelopes, and zebra.

After today's game drive you will head to Karatu region for an overnight. This destination will break the long drive to Serengeti Park the next morning.

Day 3: Tarangire National Park - Serengeti National Park (Olduvai Gorge)

Excitement will hang in the air today as you drive towards the most celebrated national park in the world…The Serengeti!

One our way to the park, you will get a taste of the rich history of our ancient hominid ancestors at Olduvai Gorge. Nicknamed the ‘cradle of mankind’, this awe-inspiring creator is a wealth of natural wonder.

Day 4-5: Full Day Game Drives in Serengeti National Park

After your morning breakfast, it's a full day unlimited game drive on the vast plains of Serengeti in search of the big cats such as lion, leopard and cheetah including other big game animals.

How about a Serengeti hot air balloon ride over the savannah? Ask us about it. Before dusk settles you will drive to your accommodation for dinner and rest.

Day 6: Serengeti Half Day - Ngorongoro Conservation Area

Enjoy breakfast in the morning, then you will leave your lodge or tented camp and proceed for another game drive in the Serengeti.

This time you can visit the Maasai kopjes which are famous for its legendary lion pride. The Maasai kopjes area offers marvellous wildlife viewing opportunities.

After your lunch you will begin driving to Ngorongoro Crater where you will overnight and enjoy the spectacular views of the world's largest caldera.

Day 7: Ngorongoro Crater - Arusha

Your day will start bright and early, with a drive to the Ngorongoro Crater. This national park is absolutely breathtaking!

The crater is one of the natural wonders of the world and the best place in Tanzania to see the big five. As soon as you reach the edge of the crater, you will see why this is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You’ll find ancient elephant and playful zebra scattered amongst beautiful flora and fauna. The blues and greens of the crater are a welcome break from the rugged gold and dust of the other parks.

At 13:00 hrs you will have your picnic lunch stop at Hippo Pool in the crater and there after we ascend to the crater rim and proceed back to Arusha Town by evening.
