"Guides, vehicle and the planning stage are extremely important factors in the safari."

Zayn Mussa

Reservations
Enthusiastic, confident and friendly, those are the words that come to mind when we talk about Zayn. Zayn deals with reservations and customer care of clients. He is happy to hear about your trip and is always keen to ensure you have everything you could possibly need whilst in Tanzania.
"My favorite safari moment has to be the memorable trip I took to Serengeti last year, from the wildlife that we were lucky enough to see, breathtaking scenery and luxurious accommodation at the Serena. We saw leopards make a live kill up in a tree, a cheetah with five baby cubs, a huge pride of lions – I think 17 in all, baby lions, elephants, giraffe, and of course the great migration."

Sharook Ahmed

Transport Manager
Sharook is our very own Transport Manager. He deals with all the logistics to get you where you need to be, on time, and as comfortably as possible.
"When looking at flights, check the airline’s whole route network. It could be more suitable, and probably cheaper, to use the same company for onward journeys as their flights tend to connect without long waiting periods."

Spiros Roussos

Safari Guide
Spiros is one of our much admired guides. Spiros brings extensive experience to every Mauly Tours safari he leads. He knows Tanzania like the back of his hand and is always enthusiastic to share knowledge. Ask Spiros any questions you have on safari and he will often add an extra bit of information you didn’t know but were glad to learn.
"Each day on safari is new; it is never boring. We are blessed with so much diversity here in Tanzania – the ocean, national parks, Mt. Kilimanjaro and great cultural diversity. Come and see for yourself all that Tanzania has to offer."

Peter Mushi

Safari Guide
Peter has an amazing 13 years of experience under his belt. Nine of those have been with Mauly Tours. He was born in Kilimanjaro and has a deep appreciation for wildlife. He is very knowledgeable and enjoys sharing this knowledge with clients. One of his favourite experiences is watching the animals give birth during the calving season.
"I like calving moments because at that moment one realises that it is not only humans that care so tenderly for their offspring, wild animals do the same, just in different ways."

Suleiman Mustafa Kimwaga

Safari Guide
Suleiman is our most experienced guides with 38 years of experience in the safari industry. He is a great narrator and enjoys explaining about why certain phenomena occurs in the wild. He is great with children and knows just how to make everyone comfortable as they explore the wild.
"The power of knowledge is very important during a safari because it is the reason why people come to visit; to see nature in real life and get first hand information from the guides. As a guide you have to explain the ecosystem to clients because most people only know what they see on TV but often don’t understand the reasons behind what happens."
