The Marangu day hike is extremely popular; a rehearsal of hiking the majestic mountain with fantastic views of the peak and a rejuvenating day spent along a picturesque trail.

Activities Include

Arrive at the Marangu gate, roughly 45 km from Moshi town, where thick coffee and banana plantations will mesmerize you
Your guide will help you through the registration process and be with you throughout the trip
Step into the magical rainforest where colorful birds and Colobus monkey will enchant you with the mystical beauty
The hike to the Mandara hut is approximately 3 hours and on your way you will enjoy a delicious lunch, views of the Maundi Crater, and a glimpse of the Mawenzi peak.
After soaking in the goodness of the nature you will descend down where you will be picked by the driver and return back to Moshi
