Arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO). Transfer to your hotel in Moshi for check-in. Meet your lead guide for briefing and final gear check.

Day 1: Marangu Gate to Mandara Hut
Drive to Marangu Gate (1,843m), complete registration, and start your trek through tropical rainforest to Mandara Hut (2,723m).
Start your climb at midnight, reaching Gilman’s Point (5,681m), then Stella Point (5,756m), and finally Uhuru Peak (5,895m). Descend to Kibo for a short rest, then down to Horombo Hut.
